FAQ’s
How do I order from you?
You can order by contacting us via email or filling in the below order form. We accept Cash, Bank transfer. You can even pay with Bitcoin (only kidding)
Is the above list up to date?
We will try to update the website as often as possible but we can confirm stock status when you place your order , but on average expect the site to be updated every few days. We don’t publish a stock level at the moment on purpose as many models are popular sellers for us and restocked often.
Do you offer delivery and how much does it cost?
Yes most of our models we offer delivery, some models 75”+ may be suitable for collection only but we can work arrangements out to suit our customers best as possible. Delivery prices start at £20 for delivery within a 5-mile radius (greater distances plus £1.50 per mile from our base address in Wolverhampton.)
Do you offer installation of TV’s?
Not currently no, but working on something!
Do I get to see the product working before I order it?
Yes, this can be arranged on request if you’re collecting it, if you’re having it delivered a video demonstration of the item/accessories can be provided on request.
Why can’t I order online on your website?
Hold on a second, this website has only just been launched, we’re still catching our breath from that, but in time we’ll have an online ordering facility to accept major payment methods.
Are you VAT Registered?
YES! So VAT invoice is not a problem, if you’re a business you’ll be happy to hear we can provide you a VAT invoice on request after the transaction completes so you can claim your VAT back from the Tax man!
What do the Grade’s mean on the condition?
A lot of our TV’s are basically brand new but either suffered box damage or open box stock, the product will be in as new condition, the factory accessories will be included and often all the protective packaging internally will still be as new as if the product was never used. There is some “Grade A / B” in our stock also, these are TV’s that were briefly may have been used, incorrectly ordered by someone in the past, 14 day customer returns, may or may not have accessories missing. Specifics can be provided on request if you’re interested in ordering one of these tv’s. [Most of the Grade A models are still excellent condition just can’t be sold as new if they have been previously turned on and used, even if briefly.]
Are these TV’s legit, why are they so cheap?
Yes! They are genuine branded TV’s sourced through approved distribution. They’re cheap because we keep our overheads low as possible, and have amazing suppliers as I’ve been in the electronics trade for over 15 years now and able to source products at amazingly low prices.
Will I even get a warranty?
Yes, a proof of purchase can be provided on request, but for most tv’s even that isn’t required, we document the serial number of every unit sold and most products have a factory warranty direct from the manufacturer linked to the serial number of the product. Some commercial models come with very long warranty from factory, and some manufacturers are able to provide us email proof of warranty for that specific serial number, if this is something, you’d like peace of mind during your order with us then we can arrange this for you.
Commercial/Business TV’s Explained
Why is there so many “business” Tv’s on your list, I just want a normal home TV, what’s the difference?
Great question, you don’t have to be a business to use our business/commercial TV’s as a normal home tv. Every model TV we sell is different, we specialise in business/commercial TV’s but we often sell them to everyday folk who want to use them in their living room/bedroom.
In a nutshell the main difference is usually that you may not get your fancy apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime on most of the business TV’s, but they are perfectly suitable for anyone who is simply going to plug in a Sky, Virgin, Freeview Set top box or plans to use a Firestick or some kind of dongle via HDMI. All the commercial TV’s have HDMI ports so you can plug any accessory box , dongle or games console of your choice.
So what you’re saying is business tv’s are not as good as home tv’s?
No, that’s not what I’m saying, in fact it’s the opposite…Not many people realise but most companies the likes of Samsung, LG, Sony etc when they sell you a normal home tv, yes it might look fancy when you turn it on with some clever app icons (which can easily be added to any Business TV with a £30 ROKU dongle available in Argos/Amazon) But the TV’s themselves use lower grade parts, they are designed only to be used 6-7 hours per day, and have 99% of the time a 12 months warranty.
If you note in our stock list above, the warranty is often 2-3 years on most commercial/business TV’s than the residential. This is because they use better grade parts, the models are designed to run 18-24 hours a day, meaning they HAVE to be more reliable. This is the to advantage of anyone who buys a business/commercial TV whether you use it in a home or business, you’re getting a more reliable product with a longer warranty to back that claim up. Makes sense, right? This is why you will find places like Currys will only provide you 12 months its because the normal defacto on residential/home TV’s is 12 months (even from us!)
If I have a problem with a business TV and I’m found using it in my home will the warranty be valid?
Yes, the warranty will be valid. The support centres for the likes of Samsung, LG, Philips really won’t care whether you use it at home in your living room or in a bar/shop or office. They will always honour the warranty providing you’ve not put your head through the screen or spilled your pint of beer on the tv!
